It also allows you to track and analyze your sleeping patterns and combine that with the SpO2 monitoring to get a more comprehensive view of your health. Besides this, the smart band provides real-time heart-rate monitoring, much like most of the fitness trackers out there, to give you real-time insight into your heart rate, with options for personalized heart-rate alerts and notifications for irregular readings. Being a fitness tracker, the smart band also comes with 13 different exercise modes such as outdoor run, indoor run, elliptical trainer, cricket, yoga, swimming, and more, to help you track your workouts and activities.
The OnePlus Band utilizes Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE) for connectivity and supports both Android (v6.0 and above) and iOS devices. When connected, it promises to offers features like smart notifications, music controls, and camera controls. OnePlus also has a companion app for its smart band that allows customization options and insights into health data. However, as of now, it is only available on Android.
