The Galaxy Alpha comes with a 4.7-inch HD (720p) Super AMOLED display and is powered by an Exynos octa-core processor. It runs on the latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat with TouchWiz skin on top of it. There’s a 12MP camera with LED flash on the rear which supports 4K video recording, and a 2.1MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls. If you are Galaxy Note 3 (N9000) user in India, you can go to Settings -> More -> About Device -> Software Update, and click on Check for Update to get the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Flagships have grown far more expensive of late. When Xiaomi launched the Mi 3 in India, and interesting it was towards the end of life of the product, the iPhone 5s commanded a price tag of Rs 53,500 in India. The Samsung Galaxy S5 had been launched at Rs 51,500. Even the relatively affordable Nexus 5 started at Rs 28,999. The new Nubia X comes with a 6.26-inch 1080p screen on the front which has almost no bezels on either side. That makes us think either laptop computer, netbook computer or the new kind of desktop computers. The key caps appear to be made from a variety of materials and take the shape of a flat slab.
