Xiaomi Mi 10S: Design and Display
The Mi 10S features a long, vertical camera module on the rear to house the quad-camera array and an LED flash and has VC liquid cooling to dissipate heat. On the front, it has a 6.67-inch full-HD+ curved AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and HDR10+. The display offers a 90Hz refresh rate and comes with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. Xiaomi Mi 10S is available in three colorways: Titanium Black, Pearl White, and Ice Blue.
Xiaomi Mi 10S: Performance
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mi 10S runs on Snapdragon 870, which is an octa-core processor with up to 3.2GHz of clock speed and an Adreno 650 GPU to handle graphics. The processor is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. To power the internals, the device has a 4780mAh battery with 30W wired (and wireless) and 10W reverse wireless charging support. As for other specifications, the Mi 10S comes with support for 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC. It packs in an in-display fingerprint scanner for authentication and runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 11. What’s more, the device has a USB-C port, HI-Res audio, and dual linear speakers.
Xiaomi Mi 10S: Camera
For optics, the Mi 10S sports a quad-camera setup on the rear with an LED flash. This setup includes a 108MP primary sensor with an f/1.69 aperture, along with a 13MP ultra-wide sensor with 123-degree FoV, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, it has a 20MP camera.
Xiaomi Mi 10S: Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi Mi 10S comes in three variants: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB, which are priced at RMB 3299, RMB 3499, and RMB 3799, respectively. It will be available for pre-orders starting today and will go on sale from March 12. We wonder if this will come to India and Europe under the Poco brand as Poco F2? Let’s wait and see,
